Oluwamuyiwa has a successful track record as a leader, with several impact outcomes and his award as the NIMELSSA National Outstanding Leader of the Year for 2022/2023 to show for it. Throughout his undergraduate years, he successfully led over 20 project teams. As Special Adviser on International Relations and Foreign Affairs to NIMELSSA President Marvellous Asika (2022/23), he established relationships with more than 10 national student associations, and spearheaded the constitution drafting committee, both of which contributed to the founding of AFMLSSA. Amongst others he served as National Editor-in-Chief of the NIMELSSA National Editorial Board, Campus Director of the Millennium Fellowship (CMUL/UNILAG cohort, 2021), and pioneered the NIMELSSA CMUL/UNILAG Mentoring Scheme.

Passionate about health, education, and leadership, Oluwamuyiwa is constantly learning, innovating, speaking, and acting on critical issues that border on them. In his spare time, he enjoys playing chess,  just for the fun of it, and to hone his strategic thinking.
