Our History
African federation of Medical Laboratory science students Associations (AFMLSSA) is a non governmental African Association which was founded in the year 2022 by some national presidents and leadership minded of medical laboratory science students in African countries,
AFMLSSA has been conceptualized with a vision to unite medical Laboratory Science students across Africa to lead initiatives that positively impact the communities we serve. AFMLSSA represents the opinions and ideas of future health professionals in the field of global health and works in collaboration with external partners. AFMLSSA builds capacity through training, projects and exchange opportunities while embracing cultural diversity so as to shape a sustainable and healthy future.

Our Aims & Objectives
1)To create a forum in which medical laboratory students across Africa unite for global health and are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values to take on health leadership roles locally and globally.
2) To unite medical Laboratory Science students across Africa to lead initiatives that positively impact the communities we serve. AMLSSA represents the opinions and ideas of future health professionals in the field of global health and works in collaboration with external partners.
